If you like pulled pork, then this will be right up your alley. Country-style ribs aren't actually ribs. They are cuts of the pork shoulder where you find the meat you would normally make pulled pork out of.

The fat marbling is what helps to keep the meat most and tender during slow-cooking.


Our Heritage Breed pigs are raised on pasture & supplemented with a Certified Organic feed.


These pigs are free to root & roam around on fresh grass. Their paddocks are moved regularly to ensure they have access to the freshest ground, which enables us to grow them without the use of antibiotics.
