This tender cut is best cooked whole. Once cooked, the closer to the center, the more tender and juicy it is. Each package is roughly .97lb.

Our Heritage Breed pigs are raised on pasture & supplemented with a Certified Organic feed.

These pigs are free to root & roam around on fresh grass. Their paddocks are moved regularly to ensure they have access to the freshest ground, which enables us to grow them without the use of antibiotics.
